Honey Hole started with two friends and a card shop stacked floor to ceiling with treasure. We bought it because we couldn't wait to rip it open like a fresh pack.
Our mission is to be Southern California's best spot for collectors of every level — a place to dig, trade, learn and talk cards, whether it's a kid's first Pokémon pack or a regular chasing the rookie that finishes their set.

Where are the jobs?
We hire for our four Southern California card shops in Escondido, Temecula, Mission Valley and Downtown San Diego, plus roles supporting Honey Hole Breaks, buying, shipping and marketing.
Do I need to know about cards to work here?
It helps, but it isn't required for every role. Many positions, like store associate, card sorter and receiving, include training. Leadership, buying and breaks roles look for more hobby experience.
How do I apply?

Are the jobs part-time or full-time?
Both. We hire part-time and full-time depending on the role and store. Each listing shows its schedule type and pay.
